John Zacherle has been an architect at Krueck + Sexton Architects since 2015. He has over 10 years of professional experience and received a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Industrial Design from Virginia Tech (Go Hokies!). Since joining K+S, John has been integral to the office's growing portfolio with the U.S. State Department, including the U.S. Embassy in Dhaka, Bangladesh. 

Prior to his time at K+S, John spent time at the Chicago firms of Dirk Denison Architects and Goettsch Partners, working on both regional and international projects. John brings to the K+S studio a hybrid of design and technical expertise in a diversity of building typologies, from single–family residential to Mixed–Use High–Rise. Outside of the office John devotes his time to furniture design, photography, and exploring the rich architectural history of Chicago.
