Yugene Cha is an Associate Principal and a design leader at Krueck + Sexton.  Yugene's focus on human nature and his keen understanding of complex geometry has expanded the firm's already rich architectural vocabulary.  He was instrumental in the design and realization of notable projects such as the Spertus Institute of Jewish Learning and Leadership, 1100 First Street Office Building, The Franklin Renovation, and the FBI South Florida Headquarters Building.  Currently, he is the project architect for 130 North Franklin High–rise tower in downtown Chicago.

Yugene joined Krueck + Sexton Architects in 2003 after graduating from Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT).  From 2012 to 2014 he taught Advanced Architecture Studio classes at IIT with Ron Krueck, and currently serves as guest critic every semester.
